Fill out this form and click on "Submit" to send your registration off. Complete one form for each registration. Now you can pay your registration fees online! The PayPal page will appear after you click the "Submit" button. If you would prefer to send a check, please send it to the Conference Registrar. Registration is not complete until payment is received.

Housing:

Housing is on your own. Suggested motels/hotels will be sent to registrants.

Meals:

Lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday are included with registration. Late registrations (after April 14) are not guaranteed meal availability. There are plenty of local eateries for those who cannot secure on-campus meals.
